Cancellation Policy

I value your time and appreciate your business. In order to provide the best service to all clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation fee of 20% of the service or the fortfeiture of any booking fees made. No shows or missed appointments without notice will also subject to the same fee.


Late Arrival Policy

There will be a grace period of 15 minutes after your appointment time. Services may be shortened or rescheduled if the client is more than 15 minutes late.

 

Service Policy

Right to refuse service if a clients behavior is inappropriate.

One facial alone may not guarantee long-term improvements for certain skin concerns (e.g., acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines). Achieving optimal results often requires a series of treatments combined with a personalized home-care routine.

If unsatisfactory with any service please contact me for a re-do. Re-do's will only be granted under certain circumstances.
